How can the design achieve the objectives?

The site locates at the Northeast part of the whole development, while it is interlinked to the rest of the area. The widened pedestrian path is well connected to the Silo D.

Large area of open space and greenery with walkable path allows people to easily access the site and promote connectivity. With more outdoor places and higher ventilation to achieve a post pandemic city concept.

The Millennium Mills with a variety of land uses and addition of new infrastructures provide a range of activities for local people, creating a 15 minutes city concept.

New bus route nearby improves accessibility.

Architecture of the Mills create a distinctive character to the site.
