Millennium Mills
Royal Docks Regeneration & Revitalisation
Listed Buildings and Heritage

The Millennium Mills is not a listed building but it is an old and worn out building which was built in 1905. It witnessed the development of the Royal Dock. Our vision is to revitalise the Mills into a new architecture and act as a local character and landmark in the Royal Dock.
The design aims to provide more building uses to the Mills to attract more people to utilise the facilities in there, including Gym room, public sports centre, restaurant, retail shops and hotel. The internal structure and facilities will be improved, while the external structure and appearance will not be changed and demolished to protect the historic building.
The design of the Millennium Mills provide economic and social value that benefits the local community, as mention by the vision statement "To revitalise the historic Royal Docks by delivering an innovative, sustainable and connected centre for communities and businesses to thrive".
